  • Manual therapy
  • Joint and soft tissue mobilization
  • Ultrasound
  • Electrical stimulation (TENS, muscle stim, Interex)

What to Expect

A physiotherapist is your guide and partner on your journey to wellness. During the initial assessment at our clinic, your physiotherapist will do a comprehensive evaluation of your injury or area of pain. He/she will then design a specific treatment program for you.

Physiotherapists have many tools available to them to help you recover from your injury, but their most powerful tool is you. In addition to using the many treatment options available at our clinic, our therapists will educate you on specific stretching and strengthening exercises. These exercises will improve body mechanics, posture, strength, flexibility and balance to help you return to work and play.

Your attitude and dedication in following through with this program has a great impact on the length of time it will take for you to recover.

Physiotherapy is covered by many insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider directly. We direct bill to Blue Cross, WCB, MPI, Canada Life and Canada Life’s Health SolutionsPlus plan and most other insurance companies.
